Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters/masons with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper PPE usage and site protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform daily cleanup and debris removal from work zones
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings/weekends)
