Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, hammers) under supervision
- Assist with site prep, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on carpentry/masonry tasks
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
