Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper techniques
- Perform basic concrete work, framing support, and finishing tasks
- Report hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided by employer)
- Punctual attendance and commitment to daily work assignments
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in diverse weather conditions
