Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and setup
- Complete daily timecards and report to site supervisors promptly
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Transport materials using hand trucks or basic equipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must pass background/drug screening
- Construction experience preferred but not required
