Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily task logs and communicate progress to site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible availability for early morning starts (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
