Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) and power tools with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with daily safety inspections and hazard mitigation
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project execution
- Adhere to local building codes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years verified construction labor experience in commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
