Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and debris removal
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and timesheets
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Availability for 40+ hours/week (Mon-Fri, occasional weekends)
