Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters, masons, and electricians with construction tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to learn construction skills through hands-on training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
