Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and unload construction materials using hand tools and equipment
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with specialized tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Perform site preparation including grading, trenching, and backfilling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety compliance
