Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and power tools safely
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Perform quality checks and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Ensure daily site cleanup and waste management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills for measurements
- Experience with concrete, rebar, and structural materials
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
