Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with on-site support
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Load/un construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or physical labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-4PM)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments
