Responsibilities
- Execute structural framing, concrete pouring, and finish carpentry tasks
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Assist in site preparation, demolition, and material handling logistics
- Inspect and maintain equipment functionality daily
- Adhere to blueprints and project specifications precisely
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams seamlessly
- Document work progress and report safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
