Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with project workflows
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and basic equipment
- Perform daily site safety inspections and report hazards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills) preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Construction safety certification a plus
