Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradesmen with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (training provided)
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Load/unuck vehicles and manage inventory of construction supplies
- Complete daily timesheets and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
