Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Support skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow OSHA guidelines and report safety concerns immediately
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided on day one
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (preferred) and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
