Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Install and maintain scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals with material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites daily
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Pennsylvania
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with weekly pay schedule
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
