Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site prep
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
