Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read basic blueprints and verbal instructions
- Support concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to submit to background/drug checks
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Construction experience preferred but not required
