Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced testing equipment
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance for assigned vehicles
- Provide detailed project documentation and client consultations
- Mentor junior technicians during complex installations
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician license (TN or OH)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable field experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced knowledge of energy-efficient systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
- Strong communication and time management skills
