Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and Chicago electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial wiring
- Familiarity with Chicago building codes and regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
