Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Comply with all National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients/contractors
- Maintain detailed service records and submit accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local Detroit building regulations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
