Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure strict compliance with Indiana electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced tools and systematic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and communicate professionally with clients
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential/commercial settings
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10 certification and strong knowledge of NFPA 70E standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication and customer service skills
