Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to blueprints and safety standards
- Perform emergency plumbing services including burst pipe repairs and drain clearing
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to prevent plumbing failures
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumbing License required
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to handle tools, materials, and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
