Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures per Ohio building codes
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 rotation coverage
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Manage job site safety and tool inventory
- Provide clear estimates and maintain customer satisfaction records
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for water, gas, and drain systems
- Clean driving record and valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
