Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems and perform remodels per blueprints and codes
- Provide emergency services during after-hours on rotating schedule
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed service reports
- Maintain inventory in company vehicles and order supplies as needed
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Build client relationships through exceptional service and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
