Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install and maintain commercial plumbing infrastructure
- Perform emergency services including burst pipe repairs
- Conduct pipe inspections using advanced camera technology
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Manage inventory and service vehicle maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- NYS Plumbing License (Master Plumber preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with both residential and commercial systems
- Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/emergencies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
