Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including pipe bursts, clogs, and water heater failures
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional standards
- Utilize digital dispatch systems for efficient route management and job tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with valid California state license
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential/commercial systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies a plus
