Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
- Perform hydro-jetting, pipe repair, and water heater installations
- Conduct thorough system inspections and provide detailed service reports
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles and order necessary parts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle emergency calls in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair a plus
