Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems for residential and small commercial properties
- Respond to emergency weekend calls with prompt, professional service
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for existing plumbing systems
- Provide clear estimates and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing codes
- Maintain clean work areas and professional tools/equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with residential systems
- Valid California Plumber's License (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
