Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install and maintain fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 2-hour response time
- Prepare detailed service reports and quotes for customers
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain clean, professional work environments
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic systems
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
