Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, and gas lines per Texas plumbing codes
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response protocols
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts for new constructions
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance for client properties
- Train apprentices on safe plumbing practices and local regulations
- Document service reports using digital tools for seamless client communication
Qualifications
- Texas State Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10-hour certification and knowledge of EPA lead-safe practices
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-focused communication
