Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe systems according to code
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide maintenance recommendations
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and digital reporting systems
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools in service vehicles
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
