Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate estimates
- Execute emergency weekend service calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for weekend projects
- Document service reports and maintain client communication records
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend team rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Valid DC Master Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to work independently and manage weekend shift schedules
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system issues
- Excellent customer service with ability to explain technical solutions clearly
- Physical ability to handle tools, materials, and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
