- Perform emergency weekend service calls with professional customer interaction
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain service vehicle inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Valid NC plumbing license and driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays/Sundays)
