Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing components per building codes and client specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service calls
- Provide clear estimates and transparent communication to homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safe job sites
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend shifts with minimal notice
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Background check and drug screen required
