Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate cost estimates and project timelines to clients
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for jobs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service with problem-solving focus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and PEX systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
