Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior electricians and apprentices to maintain high team standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status to clients and project managers.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in commercial/residential electrical construction.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Proven track record of safety compliance and accident-free work history.
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic testing equipment.
