Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Lead and mentor apprentice electricians to ensure team quality standards are met.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Secure job sites and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, voltage testers, and oscilloscopes.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical positions (climbing, bending, stooping).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
