Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and devices in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate job site records.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
