Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Interpret and verify complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Supervise and train apprentice electricians and junior staff on proper techniques and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and power distribution issues.
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Prepare detailed job reports and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Master Electrician License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Certification in OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety (Highly Preferred).
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
