Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead crews of 2-4 electricians on multi-site projects
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate documentation and client communication
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician license (MD or PA)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proven leadership experience with electrical teams
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to travel to Pennsylvania sites (15% of time)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
