Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in accordance with local and national codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required safety certifications (OSHA, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
