Responsibilities

- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to minimize risk.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all project activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
