Responsibilities
- Plan, layout, and install residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure they operate correctly and safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the scope of work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project progress.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on the job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
