Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring total satisfaction.
- Project Management: Assist in estimating material and labor costs for projects and managing time effectively on-site.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Tennessee required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate degree in Electrical Technology is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Tools: Proficiency with standard electrical hand tools and modern diagnostic equipment.
