Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Mentor apprentices and junior staff on proper safety protocols and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
