Responsibilities
- Install & Maintain: Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to plan electrical layouts and systems for new construction or renovation projects.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults in residential, commercial, and industrial settings efficiently.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and providing accurate estimates.
- Leadership: Mentor junior electricians and apprentices, sharing knowledge to foster a skilled team environment.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License issued by the State of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid, clean driving record and a current driver's license.
- Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
