Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Mentor Journeyman and Apprentice electricians, providing technical guidance and safety supervision.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare accurate time logs, material reports, and project documentation.
- Manage on-site project timelines to ensure client satisfaction and project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, floor plans, and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
