Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in various weather conditions.
