Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and control panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently during night shift operations.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and onsite teams regarding project status, timelines, and potential safety hazards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license required (California).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, power distribution, and automation systems.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
